Ad-aware 6.0 http://www.lavasoftusa.com and Spy Bot Search & Destroy http://www.safer-networking.org are the best anti-malware combo I have found. After you install both, you need to update their definitions, just like an Anti-Virus program. Look for the "update" buttons in the applications.
