Hi all, I was doing a mailbox move early this morning from our Exchange 5.5 SP4 server to our new Exchange 2003 SP1 server. During the move of the biggest mailbox, the user came in and tried to access her mailbox, and was initially denied access (which I have read will happen). Eventually she was able to "get in" (her words) but said none of her messages were there. Went out, then back in, and all her messages were there. In investigating, she now has a mailbox on both servers. The mailbox on the original server still has a few (3) messages on it. Those messages are NOT on the new server.
First, suggestions on how to handle this? Second, how the hell did she get into her mailbox during the move? The mailbox move wizard said all moves completely w/ no errors or warnings.
