Are you getting an NDR code? This behavior sometimes is caused by the other domain's use of reverse DNS lookup. Do you have the correct PTR records in DNS for your server?

I configured a separate SMTP service on a win2k box and tried outlook express to send e-mail to this domain (fcw.com) it worked fine. I am able telnet fine from the exchange box. We are able to send and receive just fine with any other domain. I even spoke with fcw.com's IT people they don't have any problems receiving mails from any where else, they don't have any SPAM or firewall etc. , its their Exchange 5.5SP3 running on Win-NT 4 Any ideas or clue what could be going wrong ? Or where else I can look ? Thank you very much in anticipation of your response, Kishore _________________________________________________________________ List posting FAQ: http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq.htm Web Interface: http://intm-dl.sparklist.com/cgi-bin/lyris.pl?enter=exchange&text_mode=&lang =english To unsubscribe send a blank email to %%email.unsub%% Exchange List admin: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe via postal mail, please contact us at: Jupitermedia Corp.
