I have seen this more than once when the server AV decides to scan your
exchange stores. The stores should always be excluded.

I added IHateSpam 2 weeks ago.

I HAVE seen Groupshield cause problems but it was always RPCSERV.exe
that
maxed out the CPU - not inetinfo. Has anyone seen inetinfo max out
because
of AV?
