If the messages can't be resolved (ie spam) then you will typically not see the messages deliver. It will build up in queue until it times out or you delete it from the queue.
I have the timeout on most of our servers set to be 2-6 hours max. In any case, since all e-mail are suppose to be forward to the DMZ server, this kind of error should not show up. Exchange is acting as if it is trying to deliver the e-mail itself instead of transfering them to the external server. Any idea why??? Other E-mail still flow without problem.
