Had something similar but not involving ISA. Try going directly via the
proper URL to open the mailbox directly. Also could be an Internet
setting on the browser

Subject: Exchange 2003 OWA blocked by ISA 2000

I have been using OWA with Exchange 2000 for a long time. I recently
upgraded to Exchange 2003 and now can no longer use OWA. When I attempt
to log in via OWA, the normal log in prompt pops up, I enter the log in
info and it waits a few seconds, the screen pops into to sections (left
and right panes) like it did in OWA 2000 but in each pane it has the ISA
error saying :

There is a problem with the page you are trying to reach and it cannot
be displayed.

Any ideas?
