If you restore for January and then restore for February, there could be some mail that you still won't get because users have been deleting it between the end of January and the end of February.

My biggest concern is that they need to have ALL the mail. So if I restore the store from Jan, then how do I restore it from Feb? Will I have 6 different IS? One for each month?
