Two of which are Deleted Item Retention rules. Minimum 30 day retention IMO. Proper mailbox size management is crucial. If you cant have that, then you need to plan ahead for how you will recover them. Or not. If both of those had been in place, then this issue would have been quickly solved. Problem is that the user's inbox alone is 3.8 GB!!!!! Of course I can't run exmerge because it's too freagin huge!!! So, anyone know of another method using an exchange backup server that I can connect a client to the store in question, access the mailbox, and recover the inbox folders she needs?
