Yep...we have a W2k GC/DC and 2-W2k DC's, my Exchange org consist of 4-NT
w/E5.5 and 2-W2k3 w/E2k3.  The only thing is that it updates the schema
for the 2k domain to 2k3 Exchange schema attributes.
