In the tree on the left hand side where you expanded the storage group,
then expanded the store right-click on the Mailboxes folder and you

I can see reconnect but it is grayed out. I do not see a Run Cleanup

If you right-click the mailbox in ESM you can click reconnect and then
select the account you want to connect the mailbox to. If the mailbox
does not yet have a red X on it then right click mailbox and click Run
Cleanup Agent so that you can get the reconnect option.

I am pulling my hair out right now. We are in the process of creating a
child domain for a remote office. The domain is up and running and we
were using movetree to move the accounts to the child domain (win2k).
During this process several accounts got deleted. Some of the users
that were deleted had mail stored on the exchange server. The accounts
are gone, but the mailboxes are still out there in exchange. Is there a
way to recover this e-mail, or re-associate the mailbox to the new user
account?
