If you are having issues with the support you are receiving, find out
who their manager is and take it up with them. They will get you over to
someone that knows what is going on or they can refund the money to you
if you are not satisfied.

Excuse the cross-post but I am curious to know if MS out-sourced there
support as well.

As most of you are aware I am having issues with my rpc over http
(specifically the ENDPOINT mapping) see below

So I broke down and called MS

So after 3 hours with Overseas support and all they did was verify my
configuration. And said "it looks right" I had them test from outside no
issues connecting.

But I still get this error using rpcdump, so I expressed to them that I
paid
245 to resolve this issue , and they are saying "well the  rpc over http
is
working" But I'm ready to put in a dispute with amex till this gets
resolved
I should not get  0 registered endpoints.

Now the other issue was the email address it came from

Nxxxxx Yxxxxx (Intl Vendor) [EMAIL PROTECTED] (I didn't want to
expose
names so I changed the letter to x)

But WTF is Intl Vendor????   Is this MS???
