FYI, let's say you are invited to an appointment via Outlook. You accept the appointment. Then you place notes in text area of the appointment. Later the originator of the appointment changes the time of the appointment. If you accept the appointment time change using OWA (Outlook web access), you will lose the notes you placed in the text area of the appointment.
