Do you run any third-party add-ons that run with elevated permissions, such as a Sales Force Automation appliation? Are you doing any virus scanning on the M:\ drive, or any \exchsrvr\*data directories, or the SMTP virtual server directory?

I have users that try to open their Contacts and get the following error: "An internal support function returned a error" and they can't see any of their contacts. This is across two of the message stores on one server. My hunch tells me it's a permissions issue, but I'm not sure. Thoughts? Thanks, Kevin P.
