Have you looked at the "display" name setting? Also, under the "email
addresses" you need to go in and edit every one of those settings there. I
don't know what version of Exchange you're working with, but that's what I
have to do when someone changes their name (marriage/divorce, etc) in
Exchange 5.5.

I have this same problem and it is not cached in Outlook. It shows up wrong
on any computer I use. I blew away the nk2 file and still the same. I've
delete the account in AD and reconnected the mailbox to the new account and
still the same results. I'm looking at creating a new mailbox next unless
anyone has another idea.
