Hey Vincent! Can you delete the auto suggest from Outlook and then see what it does the next time?
If it still auto suggests the wrong name, use adfind (from www.joeware.net) and dump the user to find the attribute that's wrong... It all seems to be fine, except when you send her an email the "Auto Suggest" feature says lastname, firstname <lastname with the 's'> (which is wrong) For example (Avallone, Vincent <avallones>) Where does exchange pull the <lastname> from? I have changed the alias and display name....
