Try setting dumpsteralwayson (http://support.microsoft.com/?id=246153) in the client to see if that shows any additional information.

Interesting, I show it as the following Size: 3,005 Deleted Items: 168,338 Storage Limits: below limit
So there is a large amount of deleted items, but it does report as below limit

What if you add the column of Deleted Items in the ESM?
Does that show you where the other mail is?

Ok here's another goofy one... I have another user that is getting messages that her mailbox is over its size limit. She has been getting them for 2 days now. The size limit policy it set to enforce a 100 MB limit and it runs 3 times a day. Her mailbox is only 2 MB, this 2 MB is reported by outlook and is the same in the ESM.
My question is why would she be receiving reports that her mailbox size is 98990 KB, when both outlook and ESM are reporting it at less than 2 MB?
Should I remove the limits from her and try to reapply them? Should I reapply the policy to all the servers?
