View the resulting forwarded message in Outlook Express and you will see the
headers.

Technically I think it is Outlook that is doing that. Only thing that has
worked for me is to either cut and paste the headers in the fowarded message
or start a new message and drag and drop the message you want to 'forward'
into the new message and send it.
