With outlook close, try to run "outlook /cleanfreebusy" from the start
menu. It worked for me

Subject: Spam:Exchange 2003 Meeting Request problem

After upgrading my environment from Exchange 2000 to Exchange 2003
(SP1), I have an interesting problem with some meeting requests.

User A sends a meeting to a group of people including User B. User B
never sees the meeting request in his/her mailbox. Message tracking
shows that meeting request was delivered. There are no filters applied
in Outlook or rules interfering with delivery. This is happening to at
least 3 people all of which have an Admin Assistant who has rights to
the mailbox.

I haven't found anything in Microsoft's KB and I don't see any actual
problem with Exchange. Nothing was changed with the permissions between
the Admins and Executives.

Anybody have a place to start looking? I am completely stumped.
