That will also fix the problem.  Add that address as an "other" address of
type X500.

When you reconnected the mailbox Exchange gave it a different
legacyExchangeDN then it had in the past (which explains why the ADC created
the mailbox in Ex5.5 in a different recipients container).  If you add
/O=LCMS/OU=STL/CN=RECIPIENTS/CN=HELPDESK as an X.500 address, I'd think that
should resolve your problem.
