When you have more than 2GB of RAM and you are running Windows 2000
Enterprise. If you are running Windows 2000 Standard, then take the extra
RAM out.

Subject: Exchange /3GB Switch

I know it is recommended by Microsoft to put the /3GB switch on your
Exchange server, however, I also see a lot of literature that does not
support that recommendation.

Just wondering if anyone has any comments about this. Is this a good or not
so good thing to put on an Exchange 2000 server?

What kinds of things can I expect when this is put on? Want to know the
good the bad the ugly.

Thanks!

Samantha
