I have had DNS problems in the past in Win2K/E2K installations, where the clients had a difficult time connecting to the Exchange server, but not store.exe goig to 100%.
I was asking if the high cpu utilization was causing clients to have dropped/refused connections or significantly slow response time when they are connected. I should be there if you are using any DCOM objects. One thing though... Check to see if dllhost.exe exists in the C:\winnt\system32\wins directory. If you find a copy there, you've got a worm on your server. The *real* dllhost.exe lives in C:\winnt\system32\ Is your server responding to clients? You should also check your event logs to see if online database maintenance runs have been started.
