Hi, again,

The Executive Director just called. I moved him to E2K3 only 2 days ago, and
he would like a host of tweaks done to Outlook Web Access. I'm pretty sure
we can change the logon page that the front-end server presents to the
users, as long as we're willing to maintain it through all the upgrades, but
I sincerely doubt that we can change anything about how OWA itself looks and
behaves.

Do you agree, or am I on the wrong track? Meanwhile, I put his laundry list
below my sig. Thanks for the feedback.

Changes to the logon web page:

* Change the login screen to have Concordiatech somewhere, and also to have
a pull-down for the domain instead of having to enter it manually.
* When adding the email.lcms.org url to favorites, change "Microsoft Outlook
Web Access" to default to something else, like "Concordia Technologies
Web-based Email"?

Questions about/changes to OWA itself:

How can we look at other shared calendars in OWA?
How do I get a copy of all messages I send, put in my own Inbox?
How do I view other peoples' Free/Busy information?
In the left-hand column, can we get rid of Public Folders?
Where is the notes button?
Why no categories in notes?
