I have BBs from T-Mobile and we run GPRS all the time. I don't think the BES is all that bad. I have about 60 users on my BES 3.6 server and the only real issues I have are with the t-mobile network. The units themselves are pretty fool proof albeit a bit fragile. I really like the linkage into the GAL for lookups, policy based management and ability to view attachments.
