We have been using BES for about 4 years now, started on 5.5 and migrated it through out 2K3 upgrade. We did have one slight error, however when I called for support it was great, took about 30min with the tech on the phone and all was well. For us it has worked out very well, we have also looked at the Good solution, and would if just now starting out probably have gone with them. As was mentioned before make sure you get the support contract as I have found the documentation to be somewhat lacking.

One thing I am going to be testing shortly is GPRS access to e-mail via these units, as this will then solve the "accessing e-mail without my laptop" issue he wants the Blackberry for. He does understand that, essentially, the BB is online all the time and sends e-mail as it arrives, where as with a GPRS connection you have to establish the connection but once you have, you are in business. I am just trying to be ready by being forewarned of traps, etc, in case we HAVE to go with a BB for him and some of the other techno-phobe-managers. Thanks for the continued help, all! themolk. BTW - did y'all see that RC1 of SP1 for Win2K3 server is out now, with the RTM version "due" 2nd quarter 2005 - wonder what this will do to us that have Ex2K3 on Win2K3?!!? ;) > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of > Michael B.
