We instituted grooming on our mailboxes back in September. We have only 1 user who's system folders seem to be replicating. She says she's not doing anything but she now has 22 system folders. I'm not sure why this is. They won't delete. I was going to try and move her to another store that doesn't have these rules in place hoping that will get rid of the system folders then move her back. Right now I'm just trying to clean up her mailbox any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
