We have the need to filter all e-mail going out to and coming in from a particular pair of e-mail addresses and place those messages into either a dedicated user account or public folder.
We communicate with two people in Asia and all transactions are between three people in our company. Problem is the Asia based crew respond to messages without the previous message body in the message and re-direct there reply to another in our group many times. So it becomes impossible to track conversations without a common message pool showing all messages in order. (Yes we are trying to teach them, but they are slow learners). I know using outlook (2000, 2003) I can create a server side rule to take incoming messages to our people and redirect a copy of every message to another account. But I can't get a server side rule for outgoing, outlook only offers a client side rule for outbound. Two of the three people travel alot and use owa when out of the building which then bypassed the client side rule and we can't get those messages without manually searching for those messages and copying them over which is very time consuming. So what I am looking for is this simple logic. If ANY e-mail has the address [EMAIL PROTECTED] or [EMAIL PROTECTED] then when processing the message redirect a second copy of the message to the internal-asia mailbox/folder. Anybody know of a way to do this?
