OK that's good to know. The problem that I'm having though is the IMF is sending messages with SCL's of 4, 3, 1 etc.. to my junk email box. I don't understand how or why this could be.

It should read "SCL rating greater than 8" and not have the "equal to". This is listed somewhere in the documentation on the web site. So your setting will only move messages with a rating of 9. If you want to move messages with a SCL of 8 you will have to change the setting to 7.
