On one upgraded pc from Windows 2000 to XP and Outlook 98 to Outlook 2003, email attachments are very slow to open up on a very fast computer. Outlook opens up quickly, and if you connect to the mailbox through Outlook Web Access, attachments open quickly. Have completely re-installed Outlook, created new profile, and checked for spyware. Nothing helps.
