The reconnect option is grayed out. Let me start all over again. Somehow this user had two mailboxes. One showed as Disabled in the AD but apparently that's where all her mail was going in and that's the one I deleted thinking that it was disabled and creating issue to the active mailbox. So, I still see two mailboxes for the user in separate stores. One is current and the other is the deleted one. So the deleted one I want to restore but both show same username. Now can I create a new account for her with the different username and still be able to recover her deleted mailbox. Thanks much.
