You can still delegate ownership (or manager) of a Group/DL under AD. The difference being that you use Windows 2003/ADUC "Active Directory Users and Computers" to administer the groups and delegate the permissions now instead of the Exchange tools as in 5.5.

I know DLs for public folder permissions we will have to be USG to inheret the ACLS, and delegation will happen based on the OU, but if the Project DLs remain as UDG will they still be able to manage the members?
