If they didn't show up in Exchange 5.5 how would it know how to deliver mail to them? As long as the home server is now set correctly you should be fine.

It appears that the mailboxes are being moved successfully no issues but when I go to my 5.5 Server and open the ADMIN I can see the mailbox list which includes the mailboxes that have been moved to the 2003 server ?? If I select one of these and check the properties it does state the home server as the new one, so how do i remove them from the 5.5 list ? if I need to at all ? Or do I carry on moving until all over to the new server and then Stop the ADC service and then delete them on the 5.5 server ? and carry on decomissiong of the server ?
