I forgot to add that the user CAN access his mailbox via OWA, using the same user name and password!

I've tried everything: resetting the password, forcing replication among DCs, but no luck. The only thing that may contribute to this is that we have 2 DCs here and EX may be talking to the one and not the other. Although when I check the replication in ReplMon, I see that both have the latest changes. I see that EX server has both DCs listed in its properties, but I cannot force to use one over the other or remove one of them. Could this be causing the problem and if so how can I fix it?
