Ok you two options here:
Option #1
Purchase the migration license from MS at a cost of around $1100 and
the migration is very straight forward.
Option #2
There is a process to trick SBS into migration to a non SBS
environment but it is tricky and you have to be exact. It also requires a
very good understanding of DNS and AD. I have performed this a few times but
the process is too lengthy for me to explain here, but there is a guy who
documented the whole thing and sells it on his website for around $125, it
is well worth the money. I will look up the site tomorrow and send it
tomorrow.

Subject: Move from SBS 2000 to AD 2003
Hello,
As the subject says, I'm looking to migrate approx 45 users from SBS 2000 to
AD 2003. It's the Exchange portion I'm having trouble with. I've been
googling this for a bit and haven't come across any solid ideas so I'm
wondering if anyone out there has done this or has links to articles on it?
I know I could easily export or exmerge their mail but I'm wondering if
there's an easier way? The new domain will be named the same as the old one
on the SBS server. Any ideas appreciated.
Cheers,
Tony
