The Bayesian filter is fixed by MS and subject to their support and updates. That makes it pretty useless except for the obvious spam. You can not teach it what your legit email looks like, nor teach it about new spam. Put me in the Barracuda fanboi category. I have been a pretty hardcore anti spammer for awhile and I love this thing. Only thing better is a self built Linux box. I would say we are easily blocking the vast vast majority of incoming spam. Do not get less than the 300 model no matter what your incoming load is. There are features there that you will want. If you do get one, please please turn off the notifications to the 'from' address on virus's and spam.
