Websense. Works perfectly for us. Otherwise, you can direct your internal DNS to these sites to point back to your local intranet, or local host, or bit bucket, or whatever. That's high maintenance, since new ones pop up and it's hard to keep up. You can also block outbound at the firewall to the IPs of the hosts. Same problems, though.
