As a follow up to my own message (for the archive) on ActiveSync not
working, I finally figured out what was wrong. It turns out that the IIS
website that the OMA runs on needs to "all unassigned" as an IP address.
If you specify an IP address for the site, OMA and ActiveSync don't
work.

Thanks to everyone for help and suggestions.
