We are using Double-Take (simple JBOD to JBOD) but it will work for your SANs as far as I know. Double-Take is one of the bigger names in recplication software we've seen outt here. Also use it for SQL. It's extremely easy to setup. NSI has config guides that pretty much spell it out. They use a custom EXE that handles the failover which makes it really easy.
