If I may ask, are there any decent books on clustering or high availability in exchange 2003. I have decided the best solution would be to be to implement a two node cluster and have two sans that mirror each other. So what are so decent book on clustering exchange 2003?

Clustering doesn't do replication either, its a shared IS between the two cluster nodes. If you have your IS located on a SAN, you can use the underlying Snapshot / SnapClone etc of the given venodr to give you a pseudo replication (will require a level of manual intervention at the other end to bring Exchange alive).
