Why use exmerge instead of the ADC and standard mailbox move? Built in
PF replication would easily allow replication. Otherwise look to Quest's
Exchange Migration Wizard or perhaps the tools from NetIQ unless you
want to manually copy PFs to a PST and port them over (which will break
the permissions associated with them).
