You could remotely kill a Blackberry since at least release 3.5 if not earlier...
We have both BES server (BlackBerry) and the GoodLink server and I would throw out all the TREOs without hesitation. Basically, the BB is an e-mail device, build from the ground up for e-mail with later add phone support while the TREO is a PDA with some outside company software...
