We use the GFI Mail Essentials. We've been very happy with it overall. We bought it mostly because it's fairly cheap, but it's been a good product. Not the easiest thing in the world to configure, but once it's up and running, it does a very good job. Once we turned up the Bayesian logic, we get almost no spam through, and it shows about 12,000 filtered per DAY. We do get complaints from users about false positives, but you can't please everyone. We whitelist them on a one-at-a-time basis so they can still get the pictures of their ugly grandkids in their work email.
