Look at the headers of the message. What server appears to be repeating the send of this message?

The message was received on July 7th and was delivered. The message is being redelivered about every 4 hours. I have tracked the message with the message tracking center and see the activity, but don't understand why it is stuck in this loop. The message does have the same message id. I have also checked the queues and see nothing in them. We are running Exchange 2003. Can you offer any suggestions on how to track this down? Thanks.
