Basically all this means is that your Outlook client requested (via RPC) some information from the server listed in the error and it took longer than 5 seconds to return the answer. That might provide a clue if you're running more than one DC and Exchange server. The first thing to try is to refresh the profile because Outlook can get stuck on a nonexistent public folder server. Go into the profile settings, delete the last letter of the name and click Check Names.
