Basically all this means is that your Outlook client requested (via RPC) some information from the server listed in the error and it took longer than 5 seconds to return the answer. That might provide a clue if you're running more than one DC and Exchange server. The first thing to try is to refresh the profile because Outlook can get stuck on a nonexistent public folder server. Go into the profile settings, delete the last letter of the name and click Check Names. Please note, however, that this dialog can almost literally be caused by anything in the data path between Outlook and the server's storage system.
