Subject: Odd Outlook problem

I have a user that has a machine at home that is tied to a domain other
than the one the Email server is on. It has a full trust but it is not a
member of the new domain. When he VPNs in and opens his outlook 2003 he
gets a login prompt with Username and Password. I have tried
Newdomain\username, [EMAIL PROTECTED], just username. None of them
are working. Does anyone know what the proper syntax is?
