His account is fine and he can login via OWA just chooses not too. (C-level)
UPN? [EMAIL PROTECTED] is his email address. I tried his username and it wants to prepend with the server name so when I look in the event logs is says servername\username not recognized or bad password. If I have him do domainname\username it errors out with user domainname cannont be found.
