E2Ksp3 OutlookXP Problem: Our CIO is having a strange issue in Outlook. When people address emails to him, his name shows up as "[EMAIL PROTECTED]". Normally, it would show up as "last, first".
Troubleshooting: It seems to be sporatic. I've tried sending to him from OWA, from my blackberry, typing his name in as "[EMAIL PROTECTED]", and picking from the gal, but it shows up fine. Sometimes it shows up this way when coming from a mac user, sometimes from pc users. I've tried sending in HTML format and Rich Text, but it doesn't seem to matter. I realize that this isn't a true problem, just a nuisance, but it's the CIO. I've been searching for the answer for days and just don't seem to be able to find it. Has anyone else seen this at all?
