That's the weird part. Under the account setup, when you do a check name, it displays correctly as John Wall. Open Outlook, and it displays as John Walls. And of course, John wants it right in the folder list! It's been this way for the whole month he's been here. He even got a new laptop 3 days ago, and even on a new machine with new everything, the problem still exists.
