Thanks for the reply. I am glad that I am not alone. I have nothing in the IIS SMTP logs that indicates an error. I turned up SMTP protocol logging on the Sever, but haven't seen any errors to the addresses in question.
So for further testing I have configured the Server to point to a Smart Host box running Trend Micro SPS. See what happens. I have also looked at our Firewall configuration. It looks fine. Take a look at MS article 895857. I still think it has something to with Exchange 2k3 only because my other connection running Exchange 5.5 IMC isn't having this problem. Not to mention that the issue didn't start happening until we upgraded.
