Thanks for the info. I was going to post some more info as well since
speaking with PSS yesterday. What they told me was that I'll see what's in
my site but until there's another 2003 Exchange server in the other sites, I
won't see the content unless I add a server from my site as a replica. Not
really a good option for one of the sites that I don't control and yet they
have 100gb of PF info that my users require access to and we currently use
PF Affinity. The only PF agreements I have are the default ones that were
created from ADC Tools.

As for the Free/Busy times, well after I added one of my servers as a
replica, that was all taken care of.

Cheers,
Tony

By default your client will only show you the PF contents that are
replicated to your attached PF server. You might see the structure, but
nothing in it. That doesn't mean the contents don't exist, just that they
might not have replicated to the Exchange 2003 server.

If you haven't created a public folder connection agreement in the ADC you
should probably do so from Exchange 5.5 to 2003 (one way unless you are
going to have 5.5 clients for a long time). Once that has a chance to
replicate go to one of the 5.5 ESM's and add the 2003 server as a replica
server for each public folder. It might take a while for the PF content to
actually replicate over after that depending upon how many folders etc.

If one of your Exchange 5.5 servers has replicas of all public folders that
should probably be the one the connection agreement points at.

I have the ones created by default from ADC Tools. The one difference I
notice is that for all the 5.5 sites, it lists the 'Exchange Server' as the
first server in that site but for mine, it shows the first 2003 server.
Don't know if what I'm saying makes a difference.

ADC Public Folder connection agreements setup for each server? Or at least
have updated replicas of all folders on the server you do have an agreement
with?

Subject: PF Issue during migration

Hi, Mixed 5.5/Exchange 2003 Org/Site

I have a 5.5 Org, with four 5.5 Sites with one of the sites now containing
an Exchange 2003 server. I've migrated my account and everything appears ok
accept for two things... so far :-)

1) I don't see all the PF's for the entire 5.5 Org from my Outlook 2003
client. If I look in System Manager/My Org/Admin Groups/My 5.5
site/Folders/Public Folders, I see them all but I don't from the client.
For some of the ones I do see that I was the owner of, I get an error
stating that there's a configuration error. If I use my client connected to
a mailbox on a 5.5 server, I see all the PF's. Any ideas?

2) I don't see the free/busy time for users in the other sites. I can only
presume it's because all the other users in my GAL when connected to the
2003 server are disabled windows accounts. What's the solution on that?

Thanks in advance,
Tony
